constipation - 10 tips to get away

  1. Drink 10 12 glasses of water daily
  2. Take lots of fibrous food, Do peel off the vegetables like cucumber,carrot, potatoes etc.
  3. Should have a regular food habit, eat only when you are hungry
  4. Keep your night meal light with lots of salads and less of cooked food and heavy food
  5. When there is no bowel movement you can have a glass of hot water with a teaspoon of ghee(clarified butter)
  6. Keep away from coke and bakery food stuff.
  7. Having sound sleep at night is very important to have good digestive power.
  8. Do pranayama and follow simple asanas daily.
  9. Keep away from stress, indulge in an activity that you relish .
  10. Do not ignore digestive problems, NEVER SELF MEDICATE.
