- Drink 10 12 glasses of water daily
- Take lots of fibrous food, Do peel off the vegetables like cucumber,carrot, potatoes etc.
- Should have a regular food habit, eat only when you are hungry
- Keep your night meal light with lots of salads and less of cooked food and heavy food
- When there is no bowel movement you can have a glass of hot water with a teaspoon of ghee(clarified butter)
- Keep away from coke and bakery food stuff.
- Having sound sleep at night is very important to have good digestive power.
- Do pranayama and follow simple asanas daily.
- Keep away from stress, indulge in an activity that you relish .
- Do not ignore digestive problems, NEVER SELF MEDICATE.
